Our Journey
From the beginning, Team CIREN was founded to design games. Our flagship game, Rise of Altfelter, is devised from many plays of other amazing games. We have played games all our lives and now have been bitten by the dawn of the new Golden Era of boardgames. We seek to build and design games that will rely on strategic thinking, outwitting opponents, strong thematic elements, and using unique mechanics that will make our work stand apart. We continue even now to play copious amounts of games from all genres improving both our capacity for understanding mechanics and allowing their designs to influence us.
The Mission
Founded by normal people who work normal jobs, Team CIREN is looking to be a place for new ideas and designs to flourish. We encourage people to share designs and thoughts with us. And as we climb to a place in this industry, we will always remember our original mission. To help others like ourselves realize their dreams and ideas.

The Proto Worlds
You Believe In Other Worlds, Don't You?
Places that exist out of mind but in reality are just as corporeal as our own. I'm not crazy in saying this; they are out there, many of them seeking to be found, traversed, wondered at. There is no end to them, understand? No termination, no finality. They are there; as real as you and I, as real as the fingers of your hands. Now we just need to get to them; to involve ourselves in them; to live and breath the air they generate, to eat the food they provide, to see the animals so alien to our minds.

We seek to bring these worlds into the light, to create and use them as doorways into other possibilities, to provide them substance that only can be achieved here.
The Proto-Worlds are just a few of the many, but they are where we choose to put our focus. Terra 4; commonly known as 'The Wasteland', Terra 7; the world from which Herman comes, Terra 2; the closest we've ever been to the source. These are the ones of import, chosen for uniqueness and the tales they hold.
